The first section/state of the Appalachian Trail is complete! Georgia was a learning curve but overall was a good experience.

I was able to connect with some wonderful folks within the AT community such as @rons_appalachian_trail_shuttle and @stan

Yoga has been one of the biggest game changers that support successful hiking. Whether it be balance, mobility, or learning to control the breath - I believe that it plays a huge role in my thru-hiking.
